How It Works

PowerUp Communities takes the guess work out of the energy efficiency process, explaining to Long Island homeowners the ins-and-outs of each step. Homeowner Support representatives will pre-qualify your household in advance for all financing, rebates and discounts; ensuring you understand exactly what your household is eligible for. A PowerUp Homeowner Support Representative will then schedule you for your Free or Reduced Cost Energy Assessment, resulting in a report of your homes efficiency and the improvements necessary to save you money and improve your homes comfort. Once the work is performed your home is cozier, more affordable and environmentally friendly.

PowerUp Communities will be there to support you through every step of the program and beyond. Any questions or concerns can be addressed by one of our Homeowner Support Representatives. We are your advocates first and foremost and will do everything in our power to make sure this is an easy, enjoyable and rewarding experience.
